Equipments or dress code

Initially tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt / Vest top will be more than suitable. However the most comfortable choice would be to wear Club Uniform which can be supplied through Martial Art Academy of India.

At the time of registration you need to purchase Kickboxing Gloves form the academy. as gloves protect your joints when hitting the focus mitts

If you choose to spar (fight) at a later stage, then Guards need to purchased

 

As for the equipment, all of the padded kick shields and focus mitts are provided. So you can punch and kick all of your stress out, without hurting anybody.
